I have attended Empowerment Physio on numerous occasions. Some times with Leanne and other times with Hannah. I have found them both equally to be skilled in their field. friendly and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer to both. Many thanks for all the relief.

Having suffered tendinitis in my neck and shoulders from an old injury which was causing frequent headaches and rounding of my back I attended Leanne 6 weeks ago. She created a strengthening plan for me and the difference it made has been incredible- have become much stronger and my headaches have almost stopped completely. Cannot recommend Leanne highly enough.

Leanne has been helping me with strength & Conditioning for Hurling and it’s been brilliant.. She is very detailed with exercises and is happy to help where possible.
