Developed an injury in my left leg during a 10k race in January 2023. Couldn't do 2 kilometres without having to stop after that. Even after a month, it didn't improve whatsoever.

As soon as I started the exercises Leanne prescribed, I saw improvement. With every visit, she adjusted the exercises and advised me what to do for the following weeks.

After a few months, I ran the killarney 10k with only a slight twinge in my leg. I'm now back running like the injury never happened. In fact, my legs are stronger than they ever were. Without Leannes' expertise, I honestly would have had to quit running. Thanks Leanne!! A+++++ rating.

Without this gifted young lady Leanne i genuinely don't know where id be, she's worked an absolute miracle on my hip, back and arm, thanks to her i continue working. What she does is a real skill, and she's absolutely outstanding and along with her gift she's such a lovely young lady. I can't thank her rr enough for her physio treatments. I would so very highly recommend her

I have attended Empowerment Physio on numerous occasions. Some times with Leanne and other times with Hannah. I have found them both equally to be skilled in their field. friendly and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer to both. Many thanks for all the relief.
